Well-maintained place with attentive employees from the front desk to restaurant staff and a super helpful doorman. Wide varieties of great food at breakfast. Perfect location in the shopping area, close enough to a restaurant, Anchorage for Kevin Hart's comedy show and shopping mall. 10 minutes walk to St Paul's Church.

Clean hotel, huge room, professional and very well-trained staff. Very well maintained building and rooms with a spectacular view of anchorage. Lovely restaurant for breakfast and dinner. My favorite property in Anchorage.

We had a very very good stay for four nights.
The room was well-equipped and tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and terry dressing gowns in the bathroom.

The staff was so helpful, the room was accommodating and ample. The breakfast was excellant and there was a wide range of exceptional food. The room was spotless, hopefully. Beautiful lobby.

Staying at this hotel was fantastic for our family with children! The kids loved the athletic club, especially the steam room after a day of exploring. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail for amazing views and family strolls, and we enjoyed the fun atmosphere at Fletcher's pub. Each corner of this place feels cute and rich in local character.
For dads, it would be great if the menus catered more to kids' tastes.

I was a bit disappointed that with such a high price per night the room did not include complimentary breakfast nor complimentary access to the gym. Other than that, my stay was very nice. thank you.

great amenities but slightly noisy nights
The stay included a fantastic selection of food available from 6AM to 11PM, a game changer for my schedule! The shops in the hotel offered unique finds that were good. The art related to Captain Cook throughout the hotel added a rich cultural touch that I appreciated.
Some noise from nearby rooms was a bit disruptive during the night, but it wasn't terrible.

The staff was more than accomodating. The meals and the wine selection at the Crows Nest were superb.
Minor plumbing issues - sink stopper would not hold water...
